The Canadian Fuel Cell developer, Ballard Power Systems Inc. announced yesterday that it has purchased all shares in the Company’s European subsidiary, Ballard Europe, held by Dansk Industri Invest. As a result, Ballard now owns 100 % of the Company Ballard Europe (former Dantherm Power), who is placed in Hobro, Denmark.
